Old Salem Museum and Gardens - Membership Audits and Strategic Plans
Old Salem Museum and Gardens had a small membership program and a quality experience for its visitors. Membership Consultants was invited by its new Director of Marketing to assist her and her new staff in analyzing their membership efforts and offering ideas for membership growth and revenue expansion. During the planning process, Membership Consultants helped train the new staff in the ways of membership. One year post planning the staff had followed the recommendations and had developed a new team approach to membership on-site sales and created a new high level giving program that netted the small 3,000 member organization and additional $90,000 in revenues annually.
