We like to say that Chicago’s Field Museum of Natural History beautifully demonstrates “the perfect storm” of membership marketing: each major exhibition opening is carefully scheduled for periods of increased traffic, and is preceded by well-timed mailings, promotions, advertising and public relations. This strategy has proven successful time after time, resulting in an accelerated on-site sales opportunity.
Membership Consultants’ on-site sales team was very pleased to participate during the 2009 spring break, selling more than 3,300 memberships in 16 days.
